Place one teaspoon of the tea mix into a strainer or tea egg and add a cup's worth of boiling water. Cover your cup and let the herbs steep for 3-5 mins.
Remove the herbs after and it’s ready to drink.
Pro tip: The absinth herb can make the tea quite bitter especially if steeped for long, so we suggest adding a teaspoon of honey to enhance the flavour.
